We always ensure we use the right vinyl for the right job. There are different grades of vinyl for different jobs, essentially the more curves and recesses the higher the grade of the vinyl needs to be.

• Printed vinyls have a lifespan of 1-5 years
• Single colour vinyls from 3-12 years

Product Data Sheets are available free of charge for all the vinyls we use.

Printers

Our state of the art printing capability includes the use of an enviable array of machines and laminators in order that we may provide superior vehicle graphics and wraps.

Scitex Vision XLjet

To add to our dedication on quality we have formed an alliance with Avery, in conjunction with Scitex™ to offer Avery® MPI Supreme Cover for graphics. To ensure our quality control for the warranty print we installed the first solvent diffuser, designed to accelerate the solvent migration, and condition the film prior to laminating.

We laminate our vehicle wraps (all but the short promotional campaigns where durability is not an issue) to increase the life of our wraps. AdsOnCars print has an outdoor expected lifespan of 3-5 years, the lamination helps to protects it from small chips and scratches as well as UV radiation.

Seiko colour Painter 64S

The Seiko Colour painter 64S is the new standard for quality and speed in its sector, printing at up to 30m²/hour at a true 720dpi resolution. In plain terms this means that the machine prints at a speed and quality allied to a big ink systems. Being a solvent (cyclohexanon-free) printer, the Seiko is extremely durable for exterior work, providing up to three years fade resistance under certain conditions, which can be further extended with the use of solvent over-laminates. However, it is the colour gamut which obtains a brighter and richer output than other solvent inks which makes it disctinct from its competition.

Solvent Diffuser

To ensure our quality control for the warranty print we installed the UK's first solvent diffuser, designed to accelerate the solvent migration, and condition the film prior to laminating. In practice this speeds up the time that a print is ready to use for wrapping.
